The hotel is a mixed bag. While the rooms are a little smaller than what I'm used to and don't offer much space to move around, they do boast a perfect view of the Empire State Building. The service, on the other hand, was wonderful and the staff went above and beyond, especially with helping me out with the bill and arranging a cab for my early morning departure. The location is a strong point, being very good with easy access to key attractions like Grand Central Station, Times Square, Empire State Building, and Macy's. The dining experience with an array of breakfast options was much appreciated and saved me time and money in the mornings.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and offered a fantastic view of the Empire State Building from the 9th floor, making me feel like I was truly on holiday. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff.
